AND Function (DAX)

How does the AND function (DAX) work?

The AND function (DAX) accepts two arguments. As a type of logical DAX function, it will return TRUE if both arguments are TRUE; it will return FALSE, if any of the arguments is FALSE.

AND Formula Syntax

AND(
     <logical1>,<logical2>)
)

How do you use the AND function?

We use the AND function to determine if all conditions within a test are TRUE. If you need to use the AND function on multiple expressions, you can create a series of calculations or use the AND operator to form a simpler expression.
